Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our sms and communication services (the "Service") in which I operate ("us," "we," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

9. SMS

9.1We send Informational Notification Beauty Appointment messages from Jeri-Lynn Arocho and her company JLALegendary, Inc via SMS text messaging

9.2 You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1(239) 251-3553. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, first text start to our texting number and then just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

9.4 Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

9.5 As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 3-5 messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
